Mr. Adeniran Aderogba – Founder
Mr. Adeniran Aderogba is the Founder of Calag Capital Limited. A consummate professional with over 20 years experience, Mr. Adeniran Aderogba has also served as the Executive Director, Administration and Finance at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), the apex regulatory institution for Maritime in Nigeria. Other roles previously held by Mr. Adeniran Aderogba include Executive Director, Investment Banking and Treasury at First Atlantic Bank Plc (now part of First City Monument Bank), where he oversaw Treasury, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking and Collections; Treasurer and Head of Structured Trade Finance at MBC International Bank, then a subsidiary of BNP Paribas (now part of First Bank of Nigeria Plc.) and Audit Senior at KPMG (Chartered Accountants).
In the course of his career, Mr. Adeniran Aderogba has arranged transactions in excess of US$2 billion across diverse sectors including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Hospitality, Oil and Gas and Infrastructure and booked several landmark, award-winning deals including the Euromoney Trade Finance Deal of the Year.
Mr. Adeniran Aderogba has served the Money Market Association of Nigeria as Secretary General and Vice President and was involved in the introduction of such landmark banking products as NIBOR and NIFEX and the foreign exchange (FX) two-way quote dealing system in Nigeria. He has attended several courses across the globe, including at the London and Harvard Business Schools and is a recipient of several excellence awards.
A graduate of the University of Lagos, Mr Aderogba is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN.

Prof. C. A. Osuntogun – Chairman
Professor
Caleb Osuntogun is the National Programme Director Foundation for
Environmental Development and Education in Nigeria. He is a Professor
of Agricultural Economics and a former Vice Chancellor of Obafemi
Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
A recipient of the International
Man of the Year award (2001) of the International Biographical Centre,
Cambridge, he consults for many international organisations and has
published academic works extensively.
Olatunji M. Durosinmi-Etti
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria and holds an Msc. International Banking &
Finance from the City University Business School in London. He worked
with Coopers & Lybrand now (Pricewaterhouse Coopers) an international
firm of chartered accountants and consultants. He later joined the
Central Bank Of Nigeria where he worked for 19 years, and rose to the
position of Director before retiring.
Amongst other core functions at
the Central Bank, Mr Durosinmi-Etti was responsible for the management
of Nigeria’s foreign reserves. He is currently the Chief Executive of
Greenforte Consulting and Chairman of Swift Oil Limited and Armstrong
Insurance Brokers.
Aderemi A. Aderogba
LLB (Hons) BL, Mei ACiarb
With over twenty years experience at the Bar. A Member of the
Chartered Institute of Arbitration, United Kingdom [UK] and Member,
Energy Institute, London, member of the International Bar Association
and Nigeria Bar Association [NBA] Member, Nigeria Gas Association.
He
has accumulated professional experiences in Law, where he has over the
years proven that he is an outstanding practitioner. Aderogba is an
Alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He is a member of the board of
Trustee of the TY Danjuma Centre for Civil and Military Relations He
has in the cause of his professional life attended many Courses in
many aspect of human Endeavour both locally and internationally.
Mr. Johnnie Quaicoe, TEP:
Mr. Johnnie Quaicoe has wide range experience in
trust and company administration, taxation, estate planning,
jurisdictions and their legal and procedural differences.He was formally
a manager at Caversham SA, where he held a wide range responsibility for
a large portfolio of trust and compotation entities.
Previously, Mr. Quaicoe served as the manager of KPMG private, where he
was responsible for KPMG private’s accounting department and supervised
accounts and statutory filings for more than 230 entities with a total
value of approximately $5 billion.
He also provided customized global
tax mitigation solutions.Prior to that, Mr. Quaicoe worked as an
accountant for GEOGAS TRADING SA and COVANCE CLS SA, respectively. His
duties included preparing various accounting analysis and reports to
management (i.e. operating results by company, vessel and region,) and
actively participating in monthly closing and annual audits.Mr. Quaicoe
attended Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland, and is a member of
the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Mrs. Solape Hammond – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Solape
Hammond is a Financial Services professional with over twelve years experience
in the Financial Services sector, including Banking, Management Consulting and
Financial Advisory.
Solape
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Masters
in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the INSEAD Business School.
She is passionate about social change and serves as a Board member and volunteer with several Nigerian and International not-for-profit initiatives
